This Privacy Policy applies to the Rail Dispatch application ("Application"), which is provided free of charge and supported by advertisements.

- Location Data: Approximate location based on IP address (not precise GPS location)
2.2 Information from Third-Party Services
We do not directly collect personal information such as name, email, or phone number. However, third-party services we use may collect certain data:
- Google AdMob – Collects advertising identifiers and device information for personalized advertising
- Google Play Services – Collects usage and analytics data for app functionality and updates
2.3 Information NOT Collected
We do NOT collect:
- Your real name
- Email address (unless you voluntarily contact us)
- Phone number
- Physical address
- Payment information
- Precise GPS location
- Camera or microphone data

After the retention period, data is automatically deleted or anonymized.

The Application is intended for users aged 13 and above.
- We do NOT knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
- If we discover we have collected data from a child under 13, we will delete it immediately.
- For EU residents, special consent rules apply for users aged 13–15 (varies by country).

- iOS Users: Go to Settings → Privacy → Tracking → Allow Apps to Request to Track (disable for less personalization)
10.2 Uninstall the App
The most direct way to stop data collection is to uninstall the Application from your device.
10.3 Reset Your Advertising ID
- Android: Settings → Google → Manage Your Google Account → Data & Privacy → Ad Settings → Reset Advertising ID
- iOS: Settings → Privacy → Apple Advertising → Personalized Ads toggle

12. Privacy Policy Updates
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect:
